The Victorian Government has been forced to deal with the extremely high number of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Skilled Nominations by temporarily pausing any new applications until the backlog of existing applications has been processed.

This process is not uncommon when a specific field, industry or Visa comes into high demand. This closure for applications will from 1st October 2014 through to the 5th January 2015 where applications will not be accepted. If you have already lodged an application prior to the 1st October cut-off, your application will still be processed. The occupations that will be directly affected include:

ICT Project Manager (135112)
ICT Business Analyst (261111)
Systems Analyst (261112)
Analyst Programmer (261311)
Developer Programmer (261312)
