To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Preferable, degree/qualifications in marketing or a related field of study.
• Proven experience within a similar role of previous digital marketing and the utilization of social media networks and social media marketing campaigns/databases.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to build solid relationships with all stakeholders.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to translate data and apply analysis.

• Ensure that all products dispatched from the factory adhere to the above.
• Management, development, mentoring and career planning of quality team
• All quality and safety documentation for all products is managed, and compliant within the requirements of the QMS standard.
• Focused management of all CCPs with the factory processes including verification as per recognized best practice. Including setting up and delivery of agreed verification protocols.
• Prevention and risk mitigation of microbiological issues that could impact on food safety of end products, e.g. management of Listeria control protocols.
• Effectively communicate maintenance issues with the Maintenance Manager and ensure all are closed off effectively and timeously.
• Proactively monitor and manage quality issues before trends develop.
• Coordinate activities of Quality Controllers ensuring their focus is in the monitoring and effective reporting of all identified CCPs.
• Play an active part within the Factory Management team and liaise closely with the General Manager and Production Manager in order to ensure all orders are fulfilled without compromising on quality and safety.
• Manage the cleaning team’s performance to ensure factory is kept in a hygienic standard. Ensure that cleaning checks are carried out with focus on high-risk areas.
• Reduction in customer complaints through proactively managing any issues, which may arise through trend analysis.
• Work closely with NPD team to ensure on time new product launches according to agreed schedules with customers.
• Production of meaningful, accurate and timely reports that detail the technical and quality performance against agreed criteria and targets
• Identification of production efficiencies through process changes in order to reduce cost whilst maintaining quality standards.
